William was born in Rome, New York on September 21, 1964 and passed away in Tucson, Arizona on September 4, 2019.

William led an adventurous life.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Burke and survived by his brothers, Kenneth and Jeffrey, his children, Nashua, Cody, and Halley Rose, and one granddaughter.

William attended Rincon High School.

He worked as a mason layer and helped build various buildings around Tucson.

Funeral Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints.
