Mr. Woodling was my middle school science teacher and basketball coach. One of the best teachers I ever had. I learned a lot not only about science, but also about being a good person. He was an excellent coach, a lot of passion, just a great person. I always wondered where he went, seems like he had a great life.
Prayers to the family.

Earliest memories of Reese is from Rincon church, growing up as a kid there and always being encouraged and loved by this big group of my parents friends, including Reese. He was always interested in what/how / where my brother and I were doing, playing, singing, competing, working. Taking interest in children boosts their confidence and self-esteem, and Reese and Nancy were great at that.
Later, like many, I have foundational memories of visiting the ranch, learning to love the geography and geology, along with the work and the play of that place, through Reese. My family has had the chance to share meals, music, fellowship and friendship over my entire life with Reese and Nancy.
He is quite a giant in my history. Much loved, much admired. - Lori Stofft

I had the privilege of meeting and befriending Reese back in 2009 when we were both in cardiac rehab. He was a delightfully funny, intelligent and caring man who will always have a special place in my heart. He spoke often and lovingly about his wife, Nancy, and their large extended family, the time they spent together and the trips they took.
My heart goes out to each of you during this time. I am so very sorry he has left this life but I believe he is having a great time in heaven with his son and other loved ones such as his good friend Bob who passed away last September and we will all meet again someday.
I am blessed to have had such a wonderful friiend. I will miss him. God bless you all; my thoughts and prayers are with you.

What a beautiful tribute to a man who leaves behind his loving family and friends. Although I didn’t know Reese, I know his daughter, and I can only imagine her legacy. Blessings and peace to all who loved him. Blessings and peace to all who loved him.
