Obituary of Nellie Berni
Nellie (Filibert) Berni was born Wednesday, July 23, 1924 in Chuichupa Mexico to Frank and Una Filibert. She returned home Wednesday, November 14, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years Robert Edward Berni, grandson Shane Sirois,2 brothers and 4 sisters. She is survived by 1 brother: Albert (Lynn) Anderson, Children: Robert Berni Jr. (Lisa), Susan Mayberry (Young), David Berni, 8 grand children and 11 great grandchildren.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and had served a mission in Chile with her husband.
She loved her family and had a special love for her 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She loved to cook and bake, and always had chocolate chip cookies when the grandchildren came to visit.
Services: Viewing Monday November 19th 6:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. Bring's broadway Chapel, 6910 East Broadway Blvd.
Graveside Service: Tuesday November 20th 10:00a.m. Binghampton Cemetery, Alvernon, N of River Road.
